As Principal of RGDA, I am beyond honored to serve my community in the school that formed the foundation of my educational career. My experience in the field of education includes tutor, teacher, counselor, and administrator. My 30 years of experience span grades PK3-12th Grade.

At RGDA we build leadership capacity among all teachers, staff and students. Within our walls we learn to think critically and creatively, and to make meaningful connections between classroom learning and real world experiences. By implementing communication strategies, we aim to enhance collaboration among students, teachers, and home, ensuring that all learners are empowered.
