Career and Technical Education Annual Public Notification of Nondiscrimination 2026-2027

Monte Alto ISD offers career and technical education programs in Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources; Health Science; Arts, Audio/Video Technology, and Communications; Business, Marketing and Finance; Law and Public Service. Admission to these programs is based on student interest, age appropriateness, and availability of space in the classroom.

It is the policy of Monte Alto ISD not to discriminate on the basis of sex, handicap, race, color, and national origin in its educational and career and technical education programs, activities, or employment as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Monte Alto ISD will take steps to assure the lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to the admission and participation in all educational and vocational programs.
